ALVEXIS EDGE AI CHALLENGE — PREPARATION GUIDE

You will have at least 30 days to prepare your full project registration. The portal link and schedule will be announced by email.

WEEK 1 — THE PROBLEM AND YOUR MENTOR
Identify a real user need. Involve a mentor with at least 5 years of experience in your project’s industry. A mentor is mandatory for full project registration, for individual applicants and teams alike.

WEEK 2 — THE ROLE OF EDGE AI
Describe the data sources, the decisions made on the device and why local AI processing is needed. Edge AI is mandatory. SaaS, cloud services, web or mobile applications may complement the physical product.

WEEK 3 — YOUR FIRST PRODUCT
Define the core functions, sensors and interfaces, software plan and support needed from ALVEXIS. A simple sketch is enough. Existing platforms such as ForgeControl may be incorporated where appropriate.

WEEK 4 — PILOT SITES AND CUSTOMERS
Approach pilot sites and potential customers with your mentor. Site permission and demand letters earn bonus points. Purchase intent earns higher bonus points; written purchase commitments or confirmed orders earn the highest bonus points. These documents are optional. Plan team responsibilities.

You do not need to buy hardware or build a prototype at this stage.

ALL FIVE FINALISTS
Every finalist receives hardware and mechanical development, mentoring and sales support. The joint product development plan is 3 months. You or your team lead software and AI development, with ALVEXIS support where needed.

AWARD OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Each finalist that exceeds TRY 2 million in sales of its own product within 12 months of commercial launch can choose either a TRY 1 million cash award or a total of 24 person-months of employment at ALVEXIS. For example, one person for 24 months or two people for 12 months each. Eligibility begins when the condition is met. Purchase intentions and commitments do not count as completed sales.

Full project registration details will be collected later. Product ownership, revenue sharing and sales verification will be agreed in writing before development begins.
