Electronics designed around the mission
A satellite payload has its own power budget, interfaces, operating modes and data priorities. We scope the electronics around those requirements: processor and memory architecture, custom circuit boards, sensor interfaces, protected power distribution, embedded software and mechanical integration.
Our satellite design offering focuses on electronic subsystems and their integration with the spacecraft bus. We can develop laboratory prototypes, engineering models, payload data-processing concepts and ground-test equipment. The mission owner defines the flight requirements and acceptance criteria with the engineering team.
Payload electronics
Custom acquisition boards, instrument control, interface conversion and timestamped sensor data paths.
Onboard Edge AI
Model deployment, preprocessing, event scoring and data selection within the available processing and energy budget.
Embedded software
Board support, drivers, command handling, telemetry, health monitoring and recovery behavior.
Ground-test systems
Payload simulators, electrical interface test fixtures and repeatable hardware-in-the-loop verification.
From a concept to a verifiable subsystem
- Define the orbit, intended lifetime, payload, data flow and spacecraft interfaces.
- Agree power, thermal, mass, memory and downlink budgets, including margins.
- Develop the electronics, firmware and mechanical interfaces together.
- Exercise the engineering model with representative sensor data and interface simulators.
- Prepare the verification evidence and the mission-specific qualification plan.
Flight readiness is a project requirement
A terrestrial edge computer is not automatically suitable for orbit. Radiation behavior, vacuum thermal paths, launch loads, component traceability and mission-specific testing must be addressed before selecting flight hardware. Flight heritage, radiation tolerance and qualification status must be established for the exact configuration; they are not implied by this service offering.
Tell us what your satellite needs to do
Share the payload type, orbit and lifetime, available power, sensor interfaces, data rate, planned downlink and development stage. We will use that brief to define a practical engineering scope and the evidence needed for each milestone.
